The Davidson

The family came to Southern Evergreen looking to design and build an ENERGY STAR and Certified Green custom home on family land in rural Davidson County. They appreciated the craftsman style and wanted to take advantage of the natural contours of the land by incorporating 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths in the basement of the home. Other features include a vaulted living room space that is open the dormer over the front porch, and a large kitchen that is open to the dining and living spaces.
