Mother-In-Law Suite Addition

This family asked Southern Evergreen to add a mother-in-law “wing” to their existing home. The new addition is completely self-contained with living space, full kitchen, den, master suite, large master bathroom with zero entry accessible shower and ample storage room. The roof offers 2nd floor bedrooms the opportunity to lounge in the privacy of their heavily wooded lot. The front porch of the existing home was extended the entire length of the home and adorned with an exposed gazebo to provide a private entrance to the new addition.
