Move that House - Saving an Historic Greensboro House

A wonderful two-story, frame Queen Anne single family house located at 220 Blandwood Avenue was slated for demolition. This historic home, along with others in the neighborhood, was saved from the wrecking ball. It has been lovingly restored by the professional team at Southern Evergreen and will have new life breathed into it for future generations to enjoy.

Southern Evergreen partnered with Preservation Greensboro Development Fund, City of Greensboro, Guilford County and property owner Mahlon Honeycutt to save the house at 220 Blandwood Avenue.
