Southern Evergreen is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). This means that we think about accessibility when building a room, addition or new home.

Southern Evergreen is the ONLY builder in the Triad to be part of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program. We have been in the program for 10 consecutive years. This honor is awarded to only 100 builders around the country each year who pass the strict requirements set by Southern Living.

The General Contractor, Architect, Interior Designer and Real Estate Agent at Southern Evergreen are all Certified Green Professionals (CGP). We can build to ENERGY STAR standards that are National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) certified.
