Southern Evergreen Architecture, PLLC is a full-service design firm serving both residential and commercial customers for renovations, additions and custom buildings.

Customers are involved throughout the design process. It starts with an idea. Then it becomes a sketch or drawing. The concept evolves through 3D models and eventually produces a detailed floor plan.

Things are different at Southern Evergreen Architecture because the architect is also a general contractor. This means that the designs are beautiful, functional and feasible all at the same time.

Southern Evergreen Architecture designs from the inside out. The function, flow and proportion of your space will drive the architectural process. The design will consider the materials, views, lighting, technology, artwork and landscaping. Our ultimate goal is to capture each customer’s personality and vision.

The warmth and comfort of a home comes from its materials. Southern Evergreen blends natural and man-made finishes. The architect will select the perfect type of wood, brick, stone, glass, tile, ceramic, textiles or metal to enhance your living space.

Style:

Our design team is often asked what our “design style” is. If we had to define style, it would be ‘minimalism’ with a respect for the vernacular, which is more a design philosophy than a style.

*Style is influenced 100% by the clients’ desires and needs. We admit that less is more, and simplicity is always in the forefront of our mind.
